Campervan & Motorhome Club of Australia

As RV tourism becomes increasingly popular in Australia, we have identified the need to promote, facilitate and preserve the RV lifestyle.

With over 60,000 members, we are the largest RV club in Australia.

Built on the foundations of adventure, enjoyment, education and fun, we work hard to make life on the road easier for our members.

We provide ongoing support to our members through a number of exclusive member benefits, ensure our members have accurate government representation and most importantly we bring likeminded individuals together.

We are a social club for people who share a strong passion for the RV lifestyle. We welcome all vehicle types to join our club (a vehicle is not required to join, as long as you share an interest in the lifestyle).

CMCA Traveller is your ultimate trip-planning app. CMCA Traveller helps you find campgrounds, caravan parks, fuel stops, national parks, and essential facilities.

CMCA Parks

We have designed a network of parks for self-contained vehicles that require minimal facilities. We also manage some caravan parks. CMCA members receive a discounted rate to access these parks.

Social

We bring like-minded people together to share thoughts, experiences and advice on the RV lifestyle. Our members support and assist each other through a private Facebook group.

Club Events

We hold an annual major rally where members come together for a week of fun! We also have several small events throughout the year that give members the chance to reconnect and enjoy each other's company on the road.

Support a club that supports you

We represent RV travellers at all levels of Government, working hard to preserve and enhance the RV lifestyle. We work with councils to establish RV services and facilities, which include the installation of dump points and low-cost parking areas.

RV Friendly Towns & Destinations

To ensure you have access to all the RV services and facilities you need on the road, we have promoted the benefits of RV tourism to towns and businesses all around the country. Towns and businesses who meet set requirements have joined our program and accommodate RV travel.

As self-contained travel becomes increasingly popular, so does the need for these fundamental facilities. We have assisted in the installation of almost 500 black water dump points across Australia.

Free camping

We understand that not everyone needs access to the facilities of a caravan park. We strongly promote freedom of choice and the need for low-cost/free camps for self-contained vehicles. We liaise with councils to ensure such areas are available for those who seek an alternative option to caravan parks.
